Anurag Solanki

Head of Investments, Investor Relations & New Opportunities

Anurag brings a wealth of experience of 21 years to the IndValue team, having honed his expertise in real estate and consumer finance across renowned institutions like IIFL Finance, GE Capital, ABN Amro Bank, and Standard Chartered. A graduate of Lucknow University, Anurag has a proven track record of success, overseeing real estate investments exceeding USD 300 Million.

As the Head of Investments, Investor Relations, and New Opportunities at IndValue, Anurag spearheads the team's efforts to identify and secure impactful investments in tier 2 and 3 cities. He also fosters strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparency and building trust.

Anurag's leadership, combined with his deep financial knowledge and real estate understanding, makes him a pivotal force in driving IndValue's mission forward.

Vivek Mishra

Head of Structuring, Investments & Monitoring of Investments

Vivek Mishra brings over 19 years of experience in mortgages and corporate real estate lending to the IndValue team. His expertise stems from his time at prominent institutions like IIFL AMC, ICICI Bank, and HUL. A postgraduate from the prestigious Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Vivek possesses a strong academic foundation for success.

Vivek's leadership plays a crucial role in structuring, managing, and monitoring investments for IndValue. Previously, he served as a fund manager for a real estate fund and oversaw an investment portfolio of INR 4,000 Crore across West and South India. Driven by IndValue's mission, Vivek's dedication contributes significantly to the team's success.

With his experience and expertise, he plays a key role in building a strong foundation for IndValue's future endeavours.

Asad Ali

Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations

Asad Qazi leverages his extensive 18+ year career in Wealth Management and Private Banking to spearhead fundraising and investor relations for IndValue Opportunities Fund (IVH). His experience working with prestigious institutions like ABN AMRO, Citibank, and GE Capital translates into a deep understanding of financial markets and investor needs. Asad currently manages a 120 million USD Navigator Fund based out of Mauritius, holding a Cat 1 Licence from SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India).

His expertise is instrumental in attracting capital to support IVH's mission of driving social impact through investments in affordable housing across India's growing cities.

Manita Lamba

Head of Operations & Strategy

Manita Lamba brings a remarkable 25 years of experience to IndValue, having successfully overseen the formation, operation, and management of various businesses across diverse sectors like trading, manufacturing, and real estate development.

Her current leadership role involves overseeing the construction of a massive 1.25 lakh square foot distribution centre for Amazon in Delhi. Manita holds a strong academic background, graduating with a degree in Economics from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi, and further pursuing a Master's degree in Economics from Chandigarh University.

Beyond her professional achievements, Manita is actively involved in giving back to the community. She is a member of the Delhi Commonwealth Women's Association (DCWA) and passionately contributes to their philanthropic endeavours.

At IndValue, Manita spearheads operations and strategy, ensuring the smooth functioning and successful execution of the fund's goals.
