Cash Flows

The project life cycle is 2-4 years. Cash flows come from project surplus with an upper cap on the repayment tenure.

All projects are in separate SPVs, and returns are project-specific. Also, returns are commensurate with the risk.

IC Approval

All potential investments undergo scrutiny by our Investment Committee, whose approval is followed by comprehensive formal documentation processes.

Monitoring & Exit

Post-investment, our Project Management Consultants (PMCs) and team diligently oversee project expenses and the RERA escrow account. We prioritise repayment through topline sharing, ensuring a smooth exit strategy.
